The family is looking for a kind, calm and gentle female carer to help a 94-year-old lady overnight.She is showing signs of dementia but has not been formally diagnosed and she can become very confused at night and needs company to reassure her to return to bed as she is often frightened.Initially, the family wants to start with 2 nights - 9pm-6am.  Her routine is varied and sometimes she goes to bed at different times, sometimes 8pm, sometimes 1am.The role is for a waking carer.  The carer needs to be patient and reassuring and offer companionship and some assistance with the loo (wears pads for bowel leakage) but may need some assistance... ...Read more
